One On One offers personal training, health, and, nutritional coaching to clients in a private, enjoyable environment. All clients are assessed individually and a personal training program is designed and revised on a session by session basis to meet their personal training goals.
Our emphasis is placed on functional strength training, working all parts of the body using integrated exercises and a rotational training schedule. Core and abdominal strength are emphasized during every workout. Cross training is encouraged and we have many resources available to find what suites each individual best. Nutritional coaching is offered to each client on a continual basis. In addition, a nutritional expert offers monthly lectures free of charge at the gym. Clients are encouraged to eat as much live, organic food as possible. The use of live supplements is also discussed and monitored.
