Some of Our Favourite Recipes:
Protein Packed Love Bombs!
1 jar of organic sunflower seed butter
1tsp to 1 tbsp vanilla bean powder
1tsp pink Himalayan or Sea Salt
1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of raw cocoa
1/4 cup to 1/2 cup melted/warmed by hot water coconut oil
1/2 cup to 1 cup RP3 Natural from Avena
1/2 cup to 1 cup E Fusion from Avena
3 to 4 tbsp of greens superfood
1/2 tsp to 1 tsp of Stevia (I use the True Roots, white powder type, very strong) taste to add if needed.
Mix up well and then add 2 -4 cups of shredded not sweetened coconut, mix so it’s all blended in and has an easy consistency of spooning to shape into balls.
* You can add goji berries, about 1/2 cup if you like and even chia seeds.
Roll into balls and can store in air tight container in fridge or freezer. Makes about 20-24 1″ balls.
Lemon Ginger Blast
Each litre of ginger blast contains the following ingredients:
1-2 cucumbers
Approximately 3-4 stalks celery
1/2 apple
mint
1-2 dandelion leaves
handful parsley
handful cilantro
greens such as kale, collards, chard, spinach (about 2-4 large leaves or two handfuls)
1 lemon
large piece ginger
small piece fresh turmeric root
small piece fennel
hot peppers such as jalapeño and / or habanero
Blend together
Raw Breakfast Cereal
1 bag of chia
1 bag of hemp
3 cups of sunflower seeds
3 cups of pumpkin seeds
6 cups of raisins
cinnamon to taste
Mix all ingredients together and store for use
1 serving = 1/2 cup
Raw Brazil Nut Milk
8 cups filtered water
1 cup raw brazil nuts
4 pitted dates
vanilla to taste
Blend together in vitamix
Raw Tapioca ( Chia pudding)
4 cups hemp milk – buy hemp milk or make it very easily; 1 cup hemp hearts with 4 cups water blended until smooth (this is the healthier option because it is raw)
chia seeds – 5 to 10 tablespoons, and stir in occasionally as it begins to gel
cinnamon to taste
vanilla to taste
raisins if desired or goji berries
raw agave, honey or maple syrup to taste
Raw Sport drink
1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
4 cups of water
1 tsp of sea salt
Raw Agave , Honey, or Stevia to taste
1 or 2 Electric C or Power C Caps ( Avena) (optional)
Raw Chocolate
Measurements and ingredients are very flexible, adjust for quantity and taste. Remember, it isn’t cooked, so you can keep adding and mixing until it tastes right for you
Raw Cacao Powder
Raw Cacao Butter
Coconut Oil
Coconut Butter ( unsweetened coconut flakes blended at high speed, comes out the consistency of fudge)
Pinch of salt
Raw agave, dates, or honey to taste
Optional: dried fruit, cacao nibs, soaked nuts and seeds, coconut flakes, TOCO (Avena)
Raw cereal
Steel cut oats soaked in water over night
Almond or Hemp milk (homemade is best, but store bought is better than dairy or soy milk)
Dried or fresh fruit fruit (Goji or Blueberries are awesome)
Chia seed, ground flax, and/or hemp seed
Optional: A little warm water and/or raw agave or honey
Raw chocolate pudding
Blend together the following (quantities of ingredients are flexible)
1 avocado
1 heaping tbsp raw cacao powder
1 young coconut – use all the meat, and only as much of the water as required for desired consistency
pinch of sea salt
raw agave nectar to taste
Maca Mocha
Adjust quantities as desired:
Blend 2 -3 c. of warm – hot water with 1 tbsp of each:
Honey
Almond Butter
Maca Powder
Raw Cacao Powder ( I like the flavour of Avena Cacao the best)
Add a pinch of salt to cut any bitterness
